SHIPPING

All products are delivered through a courier service. Your order estimated time will be 3-5 working days to Spain, 5-8 working days within the EU and 10-15 working days to other countries, from the moment in which we have confirmed the order.
Shipping arrival time is not guaranteed by bi.lèv under any circumstances as this is the responsibility of the courier service used and out of our control.
In any way, our shipping policy will last 30 working days.

Once the order has left our studio, we will send an email notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being delivered.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you provided on the form, so it is important there are no mistakes on the address.
We will not be held liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

For security reasons, orders will not be sent to post office boxes or military bases, nor will orders be accepted when it is impossible to identify the order recipient or their address.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

bi.lèv is closed on public holidays and will not be shipping any packages.
